The One Call Foundation was created to provide financial assistance to eligible One Call employees who have experienced an unexpected personal hardship resulting in significant financial burden.
If you would like to apply for Foundation assistance, simply take a moment to download the Foundation Application and fill out all required fields. Once completed, submit the application and all supplemental materials to admin.tocf@theonecallfoundation.org. Once your application is reviewed, someone from The Foundation committee will be in touch.
Perhaps you know of a One Call employee who is suffering. We encourage you to recommend them for funding. We will do all we can to support them.
To submit an application to The Foundation, please fill out all required fields in the application and submit supporting documentation to justify the amount requested. Applications without supporting documentation are incomplete and will not be considered for financial assistance.
